Description
Part 2 of the course revolves around analysis of the internal organization, markets, and industries. Candidates will perform an assessment of the organization’s internal environment for identifying strengths and weaknesses and develop an improvement plan with the aim to strengthen the internal organization in preparation of the considered investment into China. The attractiveness of China’s market(s) and industries will be assessed by identifying opportunities and threats. Assessment of influencing factors will be performed at both Macro-economic level and Micro-economic levels.
