The course Market & Industry Analysis: Understanding the Investment Landscape is a four-module online program designed to prepare senior executives with the required insights to assess the attractiveness of the Chinese market and develop the required skills and techniques to perform in-depth industry analysis.
You will be provided with the technical skills of Business Research, and with your new developed skillset you will assess Market & Industry influencing factors at both the Macro-economic and Micro-economic levels. You will learn to prioritize identified trends by adding a weight factor, considering impact, probability, and interconnectivity.
Based on the visualized prioritization and interconnectivity of the factors, you will identify two main uncertainties applicable to the desired investment into China, which form the basis for the development of four probable scenarios of the future development of the Investment Landscape.

The course Expanding Into China: Market Analysis provides specific learning around the important management domains of Foreign Investment & Foreign Market Entry Theories, Direct Investment, Indirect Investment and Non-Investment Entry Vehicles. Candidates begin with the first courses and move sequentially through the curriculum.

The program is designed to be completed fully online enabling candidates to continue working during the program.
Assessment
Assessment is carried out through a series of written assignments to be performed at the end of each module
Duration
The standard duration of the program is six months based on an average time commitment of 10 to 15 hours per week.

Fee
The fee for the China Investment Program is EUR 4,500 and includes tuition fees, all literature and teaching materials, personal assistance throughout the program, assessments and registration fee and filing.
